If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Cut mushrooms into 1/4" slices.Peel and halve shallot. Slice thinly.Pat pork chops dry. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. -
2 Cook the Pork Chops
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork chops and shallots to hot pan. Stir occasionally until shallots are browned and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork and shallots cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add green beans and mushrooms to hot pan. Stir occasionally, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add 1/4 cup water, mushroom base, garlic and parsley seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover and stir occasionally until vegetables are tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner and stir in softened butter until combined.While green beans cook, continue recipe. -
4 Make Cheese Sauce and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine creme fraiche and 2 Tbsp. water.
Microwave uncovered until creme fraiche is melted, 20-30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined.Microwave again uncovered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine. Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork with cheese sauce. Garnish with shallots from pan. Bon appétit!
