Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines

Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-4 minutes per side.

Add protein to meal as desired.

1 Cook the Carrots
Place a large pot over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add carrots to hot pot. Stir occasionally until slightly browned, 4-6 minutes. -
2 Add the Sauce
Add 1/4 cup water, cream cheese, Bolognese sauce, garlic salt, and peas to hot pot.
Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. -
3 Add the Pasta
Once simmering, add Sicilian sauce (to taste) and pasta to hot pot.
Stir occasionally until pasta is heated through, 3-5 minutes.Remove from burner.While pasta heats, continue recipe. -
4 Make Garlic Breadcrumbs and Finish Dish
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add panko, garlic and parsley seasoning, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until golden-brown and toasted, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing pasta with shredded cheese and garlic breadcrumbs. Bon appétit!
