Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Microwave Instructions
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.In provided tray, combine capers, mirepoix base, peas, garlic salt, shrimp, pasta, and red pepper flakes (use less if spice-averse). Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until shrimp and pasta are heated through, 5-6 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave.Uncover and stir in butter, lemon juice, and half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) until combined.To serve, garnish with remaining cheese. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection.
