To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Zest and halve lemon. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.
Trim green beans, if necessary.Slice jalapeño into thin rounds. Wash hands and cutting board after working with jalapeño. -
2 Start the Vegetables and Chicken
Place green beans on 1/3 of prepared baking sheet and toss with garlic salt and 2 tsp. olive oil. Spread into an even layer on their side. Cover with foil.
Place jalapeños (use less if spice-averse) in center of baking sheet and top with 1 tsp. olive oil. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning. Place chicken next to jalapeños.Roast partially covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.Chicken will finish cooking in a later step.While vegetables and chicken roast, continue recipe. -
3 Add the Topping
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
After 15 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven and remove foil from green beans.Transfer jalapeños (use less if spice-averse) to bowl with cheese topping and stir to combine.Evenly top chicken with cheese topping (use less if spice-averse). Jalapeños and sheet will be hot! Use caution. -
4 Finish Vegetables and Chicken and Finish Dish
Roast again uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
Carefully remove sheet from oven. Stir butter, 1 tsp. lemon zest, and 1 tsp. lemon juice into green beans until butter is melted and combined and green beans are coated.To serve, squeeze lemon wedges over green beans to taste. Bon appétit!
