If using pork chops, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 18-20 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine vegetable medley, garlic pepper, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt, if desired in provided tray. Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 13 minutes. -
2 Add the Chicken
Carefully remove tray from oven and push vegetable mixture to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Pat chicken dry, and place in empty side of tray. Top with a pinch of pepper and sesame seeds, pressing gently to adhere. Drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-27 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Transfer chicken to a plate. Stir hoisin sauce and Sriracha (to taste) in a mixing bowl until completely combined. Top chicken with hoisin-Sriracha sauce and vegetables with sesame sticks. Bon appétit!
