Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Evenly divide diced peppers, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper between provided trays. Cover both trays with damp paper towels. Microwave covered, one at a time, until peppers are tender, 1-2 minutes.

    Carefully remove trays from microwave. Divide Bolognese, tomato puree, and roasted red peppers evenly between both trays. Stir to thoroughly combine. Evenly divide pasta between both trays and stir to combine. Cover both trays with damp paper towels. Microwave covered, one at a time, until pasta is heated through, 3-4 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Divide pesto evenly between both trays and stir to combine.

    To serve, garnish pasta with cheese. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection.Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Evenly divide diced peppers, 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper between both provided trays. Cover both trays with foil. Place trays on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until peppers are tender, 7-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove trays from oven. Divide Bolognese, tomato puree, and roasted red peppers evenly between both trays and stir to thoroughly combine. Evenly divide pasta between both trays and stir to combine. Cover both trays with foil. Place trays on a baking sheet. Bake again covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through, 10-12 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Divide pesto evenly between both trays and stir to combine.

    To serve, garnish pasta with cheese. Bon appétit!
