If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using ground pork, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 25-30 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 23-25 minutes.

Start the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine green beans, bell peppers, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 18 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and push vegetables to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
Add the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine turkey, panko, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Form mixture into 6 evenly-sized meatballs.
Add to empty side of tray. -
Bake Meal and Make Sauce
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, pesto, 2 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Microwave uncovered until melted, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove sauce from microwave and tray from oven. Drain liquid from tray and stir butter into vegetables. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top meatballs with red pepper sauce and crispy red peppers. Bon appétit!
