Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Customize It Instructions

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 2, breaking up burger until heated through, 4-6 minutes.

If using chicken breasts, pat dry and, on a separate cutting board, cut into 1” dice. Follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 2, stirring occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Hold romaine hearts at root ends and chop coarsely.
Stem, seed, remove ribs, and cut red bell pepper into 1/2" strips. -
2 Cook the Pork Mixture
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and coat pan with cooking spray.
Add ground pork, seasoning blend, red bell pepper, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Remove from burner.While pork cooks, make cheese sauce. -
3 Make the Cheese Sauce
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add cream sauce base, hot sauce (to taste), cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir often until cheese is incorporated and smooth, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. -
4 Finish the Dish
Add romaine, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Toss or gently stir to combine.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping romaine with pork mixture, cheese sauce, and tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
