- 1 Large Non-Stick Pan
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Chicken 165° F |

1 Cook the Pork
Place a large non-stick pan over high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork to hot pan and stir occasionally until no pink remains, 5-7 minutes.Remove pork to a plateReserve pan; no need to wipe clean. -
2 Cook the Vegetables
Return pan used to cook pork to medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add slaw mix to hot pan. Stir occasionally until cabbage is tender, 2-3 minutes. -
3 Finish the Stir-Fry
Stir in pork, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha (to taste). Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and remove from burner.
