1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken, pat dry, and separate pieces.
In one provided tray, add flour, chicken base, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, poblanos (to taste), a pinch of salt, and buttermilk-dill seasoning. Stir until no dry flour remains.Add 3/4 cup water and cream cheese and stir to combine. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until poblanos are tender and mixture begins to thicken, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir to combine. Transfer half the poblano mixture to second provided tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Drain potatoes. Evenly divide corn, potatoes, and chicken between both trays. Add 1/2 cup water to each tray. Stir until combined. Cover trays with a damp paper towel. Microwave until chowder is bubbling and chicken is heated through, 4-5 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.To serve, garnish with shredded cheese and crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken, pat dry, and separate pieces.
