If using ground beef, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 25-30 minutes.

If using ground pork, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 28-32 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, roast until loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.

Start the Butternut Squash
Halve any large butternut squash pieces to roughly match smaller pieces.
Place on prepared baking sheet and toss with half the onion salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves) and 1 tsp. olive oil. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven until squash begins to soften, 10-15 minutes.While butternut squash roasts, continue recipe. -
Prepare Ingredients and Form Meatloaves
Coarsely crush pecans.
In a mixing bowl, combine panko, ground turkey, remaining onion salt, and a pinch of salt.Form mixture into two evenly-sized, oval-shaped loaves. -
Finish Butternut Squash and Roast Meatloaves
Carefully remove baking sheet from oven. Push butternut squash to one side of baking sheet. Baking sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Add meatloaves to now-empty side of baking sheet.Roast in hot oven until squash is tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.While butternut squash and meatloaves roast, continue recipe. -
Make the Butter
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine garlic pepper and butter. Microwave until butter melts, 30-40 seconds.
Carefully remove bowl from microwave. -
Finish the Dish
Remove baking sheet from oven.
Top butternut squash with garlic butter and stir to coat. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatloaf with pesto and red pepper flakes (to taste). Garnish butternut squash with cheese and crushed pecans. Bon appétit!
