Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using pork chops, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 23-27 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Bake the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and half the coarse black pepper (reserve remaining for chicken) in provided tray until completely combined.Cover with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes. -
2 Add the Chicken
Carefully remove tray from oven. Remove foil. Top green beans ** with a pinch of **salt and push to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until softened, 10-20 seconds.Add onion jam and a pinch of salt and pepper to cream cheese and stir to combine.Pat chicken dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and remaining coarse black pepper. Add chicken to empty half of tray and top evenly with cream cheese mixture, then shredded cheese. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Transfer chicken to a plate.Halve lemon. Cut one half into wedges and juice other half.Stir butter and 2 tsp. lemon juice into green beans until completely combined. Garnish green beans with almonds and squeeze lemon wedges over meal to taste. Bon appétit!
