Cooking Guidelines

Prepare the Ingredients
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.
Mince garlic.Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry. Coarsely chop and season with a pinch of salt. -
Cook the Steak Mixture
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add steak strips, broccoli, garlic, garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes.If pan becomes dry, add water, 1 tsp. at a time and up to 2 Tbsp., as needed.Remove from burner. Transfer steak mixture to a plate. Rest, 3 minutes.Wipe pan clean and reserve. -
Make the Sauce
Return pan used to cook steak mixture to medium heat. Add 3/4 cup water, softened cream cheese, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir occasionally until combined, 2-3 minutes.Add half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish) and 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir often until incorporated, 1-2 minutes. -
Add Pasta and Finish Dish
Transfer steak mixture and any accumulated juices and pasta to pan with sauce. Stir until coated and pasta is heated through, 30-60 seconds.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
