Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Prepare the Ingredients
Drain artichokes. Coarsely chop.
Mince garlic.Pat diced chicken dry. -
Cook the Chicken
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add diced chicken, half the seasoning blend (reserve remaining for pasta), and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until chicken browns and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Add garlic and flour. Stir until no dry flour remains and garlic is fragrant, 30-60 seconds. -
Make the Sauce
Add 1 1/2 cups water, chicken broth concentrate, and a pinch of salt to hot pan, scraping up any brown bits stuck to bottom of pan. Bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, add cream cheese and stir until combined and smooth, 1-2 minutes. -
Add the Pasta
Add artichokes, 1/4 tsp. salt, and pasta and stir to combine. Cover, and cook until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Add spinach, remaining seasoning blend, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Stir until spinach is wilted, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
