Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil. If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes. If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side. Add protein to meal, as desired.

Toast Naan and Prepare Tomato
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add naan to hot, dry pan. Toast until warmed through, 30-60 seconds per side.
Work in batches, if necessary. Remove from burner. Transfer naan to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.While naan heats, core tomato and cut into 1/2" dice. -
Start the Filling
Return pan used to heat naan to medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add cauliflower, red onions, and garlic salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes. -
Finish the Filling
Add tomatoes to hot pan. Stir until combined, cauliflower is tender, and tomatoes begin to release juices, 3-4 minutes.
Stir in 1/4 tsp. salt. Remove from burner. -
Make Tzatziki Crema and Finish Dish
Combine tzatziki and sour cream in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, filling naan with spinach, filling, tzatziki crema, and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
