Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, break up until burger reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

Cook the Pork
Pat sliced pork dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Season all over with 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add sliced pork to hot pan and stir occasionally until browned and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-4 minutes.Remove from burner.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
Broil the Flatbreads
Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet, flat-side down.
Place baking sheet under hot broiler and broil until beginning to brown around edges, 1-2 minutes.Don't text and broil! Keep an eye on oven as flatbreads may burn easily under broiler.Carefully remove from oven. Flip flatbreads. Baking sheet will be hot! Use a utensil. -
Prepare Ingredients and Assemble Flatbreads
Drain pineapples and coarsely chop.
Trim and thinly slice green onions.Top flatbreads evenly with marinara, pork, cheese, and pineapples.Place baking sheet under hot broiler and broil again until cheese has melted, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, drizzling with BBQ sauce and topping with green onions and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
