Start the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Place green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Massage oil and seasonings into green beans. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
Add the Chicken
Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel.
Spread bacon evenly on towel-lined plate.Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.While bacon microwaves, finely crush crackers in shipping bag.In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, crispy bacon, and shredded cheese. Set aside.Pat chicken dry.After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and push green beans to one side.Place chicken in empty half of tray and evenly top chicken with cream cheese mixture, then crushed crackers, pressing gently to adhere. Tray will be hot! Use caution.Spray chicken with cooking spray. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven.To serve, stir softened butter into green beans until melted and combined. Bon appétit!
