Move oven rack to middle position. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove plastic and cardboard from flatbread. Place flatbread on middle rack of oven.Bake in hot oven until cheese is melted and crust is golden-brown, 11-14 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 2-3 minutes. Bon appétit! -
