Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using pork chops, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 23-27 minutes.

Start the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine zucchini, red bell pepper, garlic salt, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
Add Chicken and Bake Meal
Carefully remove tray from oven and push vegetables to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Pat chicken dry, and place in empty side of tray. Top chicken evenly with sun-dried tomato pesto.Bake uncovered until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes. -
Add Cheese and Finish Meal
While chicken bakes, crush crackers. Mix Parmesan and crackers in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Top chicken with mozzarella and vegetables with cracker-Parmesan mixture.Bake again uncovered until mozzarella is melted, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Rest chicken, 3 minutes.To serve, top chicken with basil pesto. Bon appétit!
