You Will Need

- Salt
- 1 Baking Sheet
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Large Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Vegetables
Quarter potatoes. If larger than a ping-pong ball, cut into 6-8 wedges.
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" dice. Season all over with a pinch of salt. -
2 Prepare the Tofu
Line a plate with a paper towel. Cut tofu into 1" dice and place on towel-lined plate. Top with paper towels, then press gently, but firmly to remove excess moisture.

3 Coat the Tofu and Potatoes
In a mixing bowl, combine tofu, potatoes, cornstarch, and chile and cumin rub. Gently toss to coat.

4 Fry the Tofu and Potatoes
Line a plate with a paper towel.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 3 Tbsp. olive oil. Add tofu and potatoes to hot pan and stir occasionally until golden-brown, 6-8 minutes.Remove from burner. Transfer to towel-lined plate and season all over with a pinch of salt.While tofu and potatoes cook, continue recipe. -
5 Toast Flatbreads and Finish Dish
Spread butter evenly over flatbreads. Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet.
Toast in hot oven until lightly browned, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, filling flatbreads with potato-tofu mixture, tomatoes, cheese, and tzatziki. Bon appétit!
