Cooking Guidelines

Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Divide pasta, marinara, bolognese, and onion salt between both provided trays and top both trays with spinach.Cover trays with a damp paper towel. Microwave until spinach is wilted and pasta is heated through, 3-4 minutes per tray.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir both trays until spinach is combined. Top both trays evenly with ricotta, Parmesan, then mozzarella.Microwave again uncovered until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes per tray.Carefully remove trays from microwave.To serve, garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste). Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

Bake covered in hot oven until spinach is wilted and pasta is heated through, 18-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Stir until spinach is combined. Top both trays evenly with ricotta, Parmesan, then mozzarella.Place trays on a baking sheet. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until cheese is melted, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove trays from oven.To serve, garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
