Push vegetables to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place pork in empty side of tray and top with half the BBQ sauce (reserve remaining for after cooking) and white portions of green onions. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 12-15 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Rest pork, 3 minutes. While pork rests, combine noodles and dressing in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until heated through, 1-2 minutes.Stir noodles into vegetable side of tray. Top pork with remaining BBQ sauce (use a clean utensil) and sesame seeds.
