Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Throughly rinse produce and fruit and pat dry. Zest and halve lime. Slice two small wedges for garnish. Peel and chop orange. Chop the kale. Using a spoon, crush the graham cracker into small pieces.

    Blend the Ingredients

    Place the juice of 2 limes, lime zest, orange, kale, orange juice, pineapple, and 2.25 cups ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.

    Drink Up!

    Use the rind of the juiced lime to rim the edge of the glasses. Press rims of the glasses into the crushed graham crackers. Add lime wedges to the rim of glasses. Pour smoothie into the glasses. Enjoy!
