Cooking Guidelines

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Peel and mince shallot.
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" dice.On a separate cutting board, remove Italian sausage from casing. -
2 Cook the Sausage and Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add 1 tsp. olive oil, Italian sausage, shallot, and tomato to hot pan. Break sausage into small pieces with a spoon until no pink remains, 4-6 minutes. -
3 Make the Sauce
Add red cooking wine and cook until almost completely evaporated, 1-2 minutes.
Add marinara and stir to combine.Add pasta and stir to thoroughly combine. Cook until pasta is warmed through, 1-2 minutes.Season with a pinch of pepper. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with Parmesan cheese. Bon appétit!
