If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely chop pineapples.
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper and half the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for sauce). -
Cook the Broccoli
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add broccoli, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes.Uncover and stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Add sesame oil and butter and stir until melted and combined.While broccoli cooks, continue recipe. -
Start the Pork Chops
Place another medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork chops to hot pan and cook until golden-brown on one side, 3-5 minutes. -
Finish Pork Chops, Add Sauce, and Finish Dish
Flip pork chops and cook, 1 minute.
Add pineapples, 1/4 cup water, soy sauce, and remaining Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse) to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir occasionally until sauce has slightly thickened and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork chop with sauce (to taste) and garnishing broccoli with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
