Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare Green Onions and Form Meatballs
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine panko, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for potatoes), white portions of green onions, and ground turkey. Form mixture into 16 equally-sized meatballs. -
Cook the Meatballs
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add meatballs to hot pan. Cover and roll occasionally until browned all over and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 11-13 minutes.
Uncover and stir in BBQ sauce and 1 Tbsp. water until coated.Remove from burner.While meatballs cook, continue recipe. -
Heat the Potatoes
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add mashed potatoes, remaining garlic salt, and cream cheese to hot pan. Stir often until combined and heated through, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.While potatoes heat, continue recipe. -
Heat Corn and Finish Dish
Place corn in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in a pinch of salt and butter until melted and combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with sauce from pan and garnishing mashed potatoes with shredded cheese and green portions of green onions.
