Microwave Instructions
Drain pineapples.
Drain pulled pork and separate pieces. Halve lime. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half. Stem cilantro, keeping leaves whole.Combine pork, BBQ sauce (reserve 1 tsp. for bottom bun), pineapples, and half the lemon n herb seasoning (reserve remaining for slaw) in provided tray.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.While pork heats, in a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, remaining lemon n herb seasoning, a pinch of pepper, cilantro leaves, and 1 Tbsp. lime juice.Carefully remove tray from microwave.To serve, spread reserved BBQ sauce on bottom bun and spread mayonnaise on top bun. Top bottom bun with pork mixture, crispy onions, then top bun. Squeeze lime wedges over to taste. If you receive slider buns, not to worry; simply divide pork mixture, then crispy onions, evenly among four buns instead of two. Serve cabbage slaw on the side. Bon appétit! -

Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection.
