Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using roasted chicken breast, remove from packaging and microwave until warm, 1-2 minutes. Add to salad and combine.

If using cooked beef steak strips, remove from packaging and microwave until warm, 1-2 minutes. Add to salad and combine.

If using chicken breast, pat dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat, and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add to hot pan and cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side. Add chicken to salad as desired.

1 Make the Salad
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Quarter apple and remove core. Thinly slice. Toss salad blend with apple, walnuts, cranberries, and dressing. Garnish with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
