Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare The Ingredients
Place broccoli, seasoned salt, ginger, and 1 tsp olive oil in provided bag. Gently shake to combine.
Pat chicken dry, and season both sides with 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. -
Grill The Chicken and Sides
Place vegetable bag on hot grill, and cook, 15 minutes. Do not cover grill.
Place chicken on grill and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes per side. -
Finish The Dish
Carefully, open grill bag and scoop out vegetables to serve.
