1 Microwave Instructions
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Crush crispy peppers in shipping bag.In provided tray, combine diced peppers, 1 tsp. olive oil, and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for sauce). Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered, 1 minute.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in orzo and evenly top with meatballs. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until orzo and meatballs are heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Transfer meatballs to a plate. Stir sauce, cheese, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper into orzo until coated.In a mixing bowl, combine remaining garlic salt and yogurt.To serve, top orzo with meatballs. Garnish with yogurt sauce and crushed crispy peppers. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Bake again covered in hot oven until orzo and meatballs are heated through, 12-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Transfer meatballs to a plate. Stir sauce, cheese, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper into orzo until coated.In a mixing bowl, combine remaining garlic salt and yogurt.To serve, top orzo with meatballs. Garnish with yogurt sauce and crushed crispy peppers. Bon appétit!
