Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil. If using chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side. If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Add protein to meal, as desired.

Start the Vegetables
Cut mushrooms into quarters.
Place a medium pot over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add mushrooms to hot pot and stir occasionally until browned, 3-4 minutes. -
Finish the Vegetables
Add spinach, garlic and parsley seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pot.
Stir often until spinach is wilted and mushrooms are tender, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. -
Make the Risotto
Place another medium pot over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup water and cream cheese to hot pot. Bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir in rice, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir often until slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes.Stir in Asiago until melted and combined, 1-2 minutes.If risotto is too thick, add additional water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping risotto with vegetables and garnishing with Parmesan and goat cheese, crumbling with your hands, as needed. Bon appétit!
