If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 22-25 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 23-25 minutes.

1 Start the Green Beans
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine green beans, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce (to taste), and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 2 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground pork, Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse), and 1/4 tsp. salt. Form mixture into eight equally-sized meatballs.Carefully remove tray from oven. Uncover green beans and push to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place meatballs in now-empty side of tray. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine garlic sesame sauce and sweet and sour sauce. Cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until sauce is warmed through, 30-60 seconds.Coarsely crush peanuts in shipping bag.Carefully remove sauce from microwave and tray from oven. Drain excess liquid from tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top meatballs with sauce mixture and garnish green beans with crushed peanuts. Bon appétit!
