1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Pat shrimp dry. Drain and rinse black beans.
Combine pepper and onion mix, chipotle seasoning (to taste), garlic salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until vegetables begin to soften, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.Add shrimp to tray. Stir to combine and push to one side. Add rice and beans to now-empty side of tray. Cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until rice and shrimp are heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave.To serve, top rice with shrimp and vegetables. Garnish with crema and tortilla strips. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Pat shrimp dry. Drain and rinse black beans.

Bake again covered in hot oven until rice and shrimp are heated through, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top rice with shrimp and vegetables. Garnish with crema and tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
