Microwave Instructions
Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry. Drain and rinse beans in a colander/strainer. Halve lime.
Combine pepper and onion mix, fiesta seasoning, garlic salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until vegetables begin to soften, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.Add shrimp to tray. Stir to combine and push to one side. Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging. Add rice and beans to now-empty side of tray. Cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until rice and shrimp are heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave.To serve, top rice with shrimp and vegetables. Garnish with crema and tortilla strips. Squeeze lime halves over meal to taste. Bon appétit! -
Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry. Drain and rinse beans in a colander/strainer. Halve lime.
