-
If using chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.
-
If using filets mignon, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.
-
If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.
-
Roast the Potatoes
Pierce potatoes 5 times all over with a fork. Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle with 2 tsp. olive oil and season all over with 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes.Roast in hot oven until potatoes can be easily pierced with a knife, 45-60 minutes.Alternatively, place potatoes on a microwave-safe plate and microwave uncovered until easily pierced with a knife, 6-10 minutes. (Note: microwaves vary in power; begin checking doneness every minute after 6 minutes.) While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
Prepare the Ingredients
Trim and thinly slice green onions.
Line a plate with a paper towel. Spread bacon evenly on towel-lined plate and microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.Pat steaks dry and season both sides with steak seasoning. -
Cook the Steaks
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add steaks to hot pan and cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Transfer steaks to a plate and cover with foil. Rest, 3 minutes. -
Make the Sauce
Add garlic and herb butter to a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a paper towel. Microwave covered until melted, 25-35 seconds.
Carefully remove from microwave and vigorously stir in mayonnaise until combined. If sauce doesn't quickly emulsify, your butter may be too hot. Whisk in 1 tsp. cold water at a time until sauce comes together. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, halving potato lengthwise and topping with plain butter, cheese, sour cream, crisped bacon, and green onions. Slice steak, if desired, and serve sauce on the side for dipping. Bon appétit!
