Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using 16 oz. shrimp, follow same instructions as 8 oz. shrimp, baking until shrimp reaches minimum internal temperature.

If using whole chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into 1" dice. Follow same instructions as diced chicken below.

If using diced chicken, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 23-25 minutes.

1 Start the Rice
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Combine rice, 2 Tbsp. water, carrots, peas, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray.Spread into a single layer. Top with dollops of cream cheese. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
2 Add the Shrimp
Carefully remove from oven. Stir in lemon juice and butter. Pat shrimp dry and place on rice. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

3 Bake the Dish
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 16-18 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir to combine. Garnish with Parmesan and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
