1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine mushrooms, pepper and onion mix, 2 tsp. olive oil, mushroom seasoning, garlic salt, and minced garlic and parsley in provided tray and spread into a single layer.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until vegetables are slightly tender, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir in pasta, marinara sauce, and pepperoni until combined.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave.To serve, garnish with cheese. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are slightly tender, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in pasta, marinara sauce, and pepperoni until combined.Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until warmed through, 12-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.To serve, garnish with cheese. Bon appétit!
