Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Roast the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4"-thick fries and pat dry. Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, chimichurri seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer.
Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 25-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic salt and a pinch of pepper.
Spread panko evenly on a plate. Place chicken onto panko, pressing gently to adhere to both sides. -
Toast the Buns
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add buns to hot pan, cut-side down, and toast until golden-brown, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Keep pan over medium heat; no need to wipe clean. -
Cook the Chicken
Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil to hot pan. Lay chicken away from you in hot oil and flip every 1-2 minutes until golden-brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.
Top chicken with marinara and cheese. Cover until cheese melts, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with chicken and top bun. Bon appétit!
