Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Start the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Trim green beans, if necessary.In provided tray, combine green beans, peppers, 2 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into an even layer. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Meatloaves
Crush saltines.
In a mixing bowl, combine creole seasoning (use less if spice-averse), crushed saltines, ground turkey, crème fraîche, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Stir vegetables and push to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Transfer meatloaves to now-empty side of tray. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Add 2/3 the minced garlic and parsley (remaining is yours to use as you please!) and pesto to vegetables. Stir to combine.To serve, top meatloaf with remoulade. Bon appétit!
