Start the Broccoli
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.
Combine broccoli, minced garlic and parsley, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Spray with cooking spray and spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While broccoli bakes, continue recipe. -
Add the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, steak seasoning, panko, half the sour cream (reserve remaining for sauce), and a pinch of pepper. Form mixture into 8 equally-sized meatballs.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove broccoli from oven and push to one side of tray.Place meatballs in now-empty side of tray. -
Bake Meal and Heat Sauce
Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine horseradish (to taste), remaining sour cream, cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir softened butter into vegetables until melted and combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. To serve, top meatballs with sauce (to taste). Bon appétit!
