If using filets mignon or NY strip steak, follow same instructions as sirloin steak.

If using pork chops, follow same instructions as sirloin steak in Step 1, cooking until pork chop reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-5 minutes per side. Rest, 3 minutes. Pork chop thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using chicken breasts, follow same instructions as sirloin steak in Step 1, cooking until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Cook Steaks
Pat steaks dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. garlic salt (reserve remaining for green beans and potatoes) and a pinch of pepper. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add steaks to hot pan and cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.
Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Transfer steaks to a plate. Rest, 3 minutes.While steaks cook, trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
2 Cook the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans to hot pan. Stir occasionally, 1 minute.Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Season with half the garlic pepper (reserve remaining for sauce) and 1/4 tsp. garlic salt (reserve remaining for potatoes).Remove from burner.While green beans cook, continue recipe. -
3 Heat the Mashed Potatoes
Add white portions of green onions, potatoes, cream cheese, and remaining garlic salt to a microwave-safe bowl. Stir vigorously to combine. Microwave until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir to combine. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In another microwave-safe bowl, combine cranberry sauce, remaining garlic pepper, and 1 tsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until heated through, 30-45 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in butter until melted and combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping steak with sauce and garnishing potatoes with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
