Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using steak strips, flank steak, or sliced pork, separate into a single layer and pat dry. Follow same instructions as diced chicken breast in Steps 2 and 3, baking covered in hot oven until no pink remains and steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 26-28 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

If using diced chicken thighs, follow same instructions as diced chicken breast in Steps 2 and 3, baking covered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 28-30 minutes. Don't worry about trimming. Excess fat will render while cooking and add flavor.

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine pasta, Alfredo sauce, cream cheese, seasoning blend, chipotle butter, garlic salt, 1/4 cup water, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. -
Add the Chicken and Peppers
Pat diced chicken dry.
Top pasta evenly with chicken and diced peppers. -
Bake the Meal
Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 26-28 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Remove foil. Gently stir in lemon juice. If meal is too thick, add water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Garnish with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
