    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, potatoes, 2 tsp. olive oil, and garlic salt until combined. Transfer to one section of provided tray. In empty section, combine cream base, garlic pepper, and flour. Top sauce with spinach, then chicken. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until sauce has thickened and broccoli is cooked through, 3-5 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. To serve, transfer chicken to a plate. Stir sauce to combine, then top chicken with sauce. Top vegetables with butter. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, potatoes, 2 tsp. olive oil, and garlic salt until combined. Transfer to one section of provided tray. In empty section, combine cream base, garlic pepper, and flour. Top sauce with spinach, then chicken. Cover tray with foil and place on baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until broccoli is cooked through and sauce has thickened, 16-20 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. To serve, transfer chicken to a plate. Stir sauce to combine, then top chicken with sauce. Top vegetables with butter. ​Bon appétit!
