Microwave Instructions
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking and after handling raw meat or seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Drain chicken, separate pieces, and pat dry.
Add poblanos (use less if spice-averse) to one side of provided tray. In empty side of tray, combine chicken, tomatoes, and chile and cumin rub. Top chicken side of tray with cheese. Cover tray with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until poblanos are tender, cheese melts, and chicken is heated through, 5-6 minutes.While meal microwaves, in a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix and dressing (to taste).Carefully remove tray from microwave.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel.Microwave tortillas until warmed through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave.To serve, fill tortillas with chicken and poblanos (to taste). Top with slaw (to taste) and crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit! -
Oven Instructions

Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Drain chicken, separate pieces, and pat dry.

Cover tray with foil.Place tray on a baking sheet.Bake covered in hot oven until poblanos are tender, cheese melts, and chicken is heated through, 15-20 minutes.While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix and dressing (to taste).Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel.Microwave tortillas until warmed through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove tortillas from microwave and tray from oven.To serve, fill tortillas with chicken and poblanos (to taste). Top with slaw (to taste) and crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
