1 Start the Broccoli
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.
In provided tray, combine broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes. While broccoli bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add Chicken and Bake Meal
Finely crush crackers.
In a mixing bowl, combine crackers, cheese, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Set aside.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and 3/4 the buttermilk-dill seasoning (reserve remaining for sauce). After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Remove foil and push broccoli to one side.Place chicken in now-empty side of tray and evenly top with cracker mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Tray will be hot! Use caution.Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes. Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Make Sauce and Finish Meal
Stem dill.
In another mixing bowl, combine sour cream, remaining buttermilk-dill seasoning, 1/4 tsp. dill, and 1 tsp. water. If too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached. To serve, evenly top broccoli with sauce. Bon appétit!
