  1. 1

    Form the Meatballs

In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 2 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.

After 1 minute, add ground turkey and garlic salt to bowl with panko. Stir to combine. Form mixture into eight evenly-sized meatballs.

  2. 2

    Cook the Meatballs

Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-low heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

Add meatballs to hot pan Cover, and roll meatballs occasionally until browned all over and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 8-10 minutes.

Remove from burner. Transfer meatballs to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.

While meatballs cook, prepare and cook green beans.

  3. 3

    Cook the Green Beans

    Trim ends off green beans.

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.

Add green beans to hot pan and cook, 1 minute.

Add 1/4 cup water. Cover, and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes.

If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.

Remove from burner. Stir in buttermilk-dill seasoning until combined.

  4. 4

Make Sauce and Crema and Finish Dish

Return pan used to cook meatballs to medium heat. Add 2 Tbsp. water and Buffalo sauce (to taste) to hot pan. Bring to a simmer. Once simmering, stir occasionally until combined, 1-2 minutes.

Remove from burner and stir in butter until combined. Add meatballs and roll until coated.

While sauce cooks, in another mixing bowl, combine blue cheese (to taste), sour cream, 1 tsp. water, and a pinch of salt.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with crema. Bon appétit!
