Cooking Guidelines

If using 20 oz. ground turkey, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground turkey, forming 16 meatballs.

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Steps 1 and 2, cooking until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 10-14 minutes.

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Steps 1 and 2, cooking until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 10-14 minutes.

If using 20 oz. ground pork, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground pork, forming 16 meatballs and cooking until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 10-14 minutes.

1 Form the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 2 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground turkey and garlic salt to bowl with panko. Stir to combine. Form mixture into eight evenly-sized meatballs. -
2 Cook the Meatballs
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-low heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add meatballs to hot pan Cover, and roll meatballs occasionally until browned all over and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 8-10 minutes.Remove from burner. Transfer meatballs to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.While meatballs cook, prepare and cook green beans. -
3 Cook the Green Beans
Trim ends off green beans.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans to hot pan and cook, 1 minute.Add 1/4 cup water. Cover, and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in buttermilk-dill seasoning until combined. -
4 Make Sauce and Crema and Finish Dish
Return pan used to cook meatballs to medium heat. Add 2 Tbsp. water and Buffalo sauce (to taste) to hot pan. Bring to a simmer. Once simmering, stir occasionally until combined, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner and stir in butter until combined. Add meatballs and roll until coated.While sauce cooks, in another mixing bowl, combine blue cheese (to taste), sour cream, 1 tsp. water, and a pinch of salt.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with crema. Bon appétit!
