Make the Broccoli Topping
Cut broccoli into 1/4" pieces.
Place broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until broccoli is tender, 2-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Add shredded cheese, softened cream cheese, half the minced garlic and parsley (reserve remaining for squash), and a pinch of salt and pepper to bowl with broccoli. Stir to combine and set aside.While broccoli microwaves, continue recipe. -
Start the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning and a pinch of salt.
Place a medium oven-safe non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken to hot pan and sear until golden-brown on one side, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. -
Finish the Chicken
Flip chicken and top evenly with broccoli topping, pressing gently to adhere. Chicken will be hot! Use a utensil.
Transfer to hot oven and roast until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-12 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Pan handle will be hot! Use an oven mitt.While chicken roasts, continue recipe. -
Cook Squash and Finish Dish
Trim squash ends, cut lengthwise, and cut into 1/2" half-moons.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add squash to hot pan and stir occasionally until lightly browned and tender, 5-7 minutes.Add remaining minced garlic and parsley, bacon, and garlic salt. Stir occasionally until garlic is fragrant and bacon crisps, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
