1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain beef and pat dry. Although tenderloin will be pink upon arrival, it has been pre-cooked and simply needs to be heated through. Break up beef into pieces.
In provided tray, combine portobello sauce, garlic pepper, and demi-glace. Top with pasta, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until sauce bubbles, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add beef and stir to combine. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave again covered until beef is warmed through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir in lemon juice.To serve, garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain beef and pat dry.
