  • Salt
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Large Non-Stick Pan
  • 1 Plate

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Roast the Fries

    Cut potatoes into 1/2" fries and pat dry.

    Place fries, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt on prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasonings into fries and spread into a single layer.

    Roast in hot oven, 25-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

    While fries roast, continue recipe.

    Form the Patties

    Form ground beef into four equally-sized patties, about 5" across.

    Season both sides with garlic pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt.

    Toast the Rolls

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

    Add rolls, cut-side down, to hot, dry pan.

    Toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.

    Transfer to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat; no need to wipe clean.

    Cook Patties and Finish Dish

    Add patties to hot, dry pan.

    Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.

    Evenly top each patty with bacon, then cheese. Cover until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom roll with dressing, patty, pickles, and top roll. Bon appétit!
