Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Spray grill with cooking spray and heat grill to medium-high. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Place potatoes and cream cheese in provided grill bag. Roll open end of bag to seal and gently shake to mix.Form ground beef into two equally-sized patties. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.If using Impossible Burger or ground turkey, follow same instructions. -
2 Grill the Meal
Place grill bag on hot grill and cook until potatoes are warmed through, 10-12 minutes.
While grill bag cooks, place patties on hot grill and grill until patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-4 minutes per side.If using Impossible Burger, follow same instructions. If using ground turkey, grill until patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 4-5 minutes per side. -
3 Finish the Dish
Place buns on hot grill, cut side down, and grill until toasted, 1-2 minutes.
Transfer grill bag to a plate and let rest, 3 minutes. Gently shake, then carefully open bag and scoop out potatoes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing patty on bottom bun and topping with BBQ sauce, blue cheese, crispy onions, and top bun. Bon appétit! -
4 For a Rainy Day...
If cooking indoors, thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. If toasting buns, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Form ground beef into two equally-sized patties. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add potatoes to hot pan and stir occasionally until softened and heated through, 5-6 minutes. Add cream cheese and 1 Tbsp. water. Stir until cream cheese melts, 2-3 minutes. Remove from burner. Place another medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side. Toast buns in hot oven, if desired, 2-3 minutes. Follow same instructions for plating. Bon appétit!
